If you’re feeling suicidal or don’t feel able to keep yourself safe, you can do one of the following (all available 24/7):

  • Call the NHS on 111 and choose option 2 for mental health support

  • Text SHOUT to 85258 (for support via text message)

  • Call 999 or visit your nearest A&E department
